I've always loved taking pictures. As a kid, I'd look for cool lighting around the house and nerd out with the double-exposure mode on my 35mm. I burned through countless rolls of film trying new special effects and later, spent hours in the darkroom, editing the old-fashioned way. I studied film and video at Penn State and graduated to work in post-production and visual effects.
I love the immediacy of a photo and the unique story told by a single frame. Whether it's street photography, landscape, or flash photography, i'm drawn in by both the creative and technical side of photography.
